The prices below are based on creating a website from scratch i.e. they include the domain name, hosting and updates for one year.

However if you have your own hosting and domain, or you wish and/or you wish to update the website yourself, there will be no ongoing maintenance or update fee and the quote will be reduced significantly (depending on the scale of the website).

The cost of design and on-going maintenance as below is based on the following:

1. Amount (and type) of information such as text, pictures, media files etc required for inclusion.
2. Complexity of graphics and layout.
3. Interactive function of website (displaying artworks, music, film & video etc).

Small site
Normally 3 to 4 simple pages, for example, a homepage, biography/about page, links page and a contact page. Includes graphics, images and several basic media files (optional).

Annual maintenance
Annual maintenance includes updating, amending or adding to existing content such as text, images and any media files. Updates are usually performed on a monthly basis, or when required). The annual maintenance fee is based upon the number and regularity of updates required, and will be reviewed each year.

Updates do not include any re-design to integral graphics, structure/layout or function of the website.

If you do not require monthly updates, or want to carry these out yourself your quote will be reduced.
